I strongly believe in the power of interim solutions: in certain situations opting for temporary cover really is the best thing organisations can do. Together with our clients I take a critical look at what is the business challenge, identifying any issues there may be and clearly establishing the intended result and within what timeframe and budget this is to be achieved. Once this frame of reference is in place, I can set to work and quickly find the best possible solution, using my network and, where necessary, going beyond it as well.
Before I joined Herman Rutgers, I worked at a start-up that matches Dutch industry leaders to talented young entrepreneurs. Prior to that I spent several years in different roles in recruitment: as a recruiter, as the manager of a team of consultants and as an entrepreneur. My passion is bringing companies and people together at the right time!
