My ambition is to maintain and expand my relevant network of excellent interim managers. This allows me to quickly connect organisations with corporate affairs and communications professionals who will make a difference and exceed expectations. And most importantly, to connect interim professionals with assignments that have a “wow” factor for them and really contribute to their development and enjoyment of the profession.
I believe in the power of a good interim professional. In certain situations, it is sometimes necessary and often wise for organisations to use a temporary solution. Together with my client, I take a critical look at what is going on in the organisation, where the problems lie, what the outcome should be and under what conditions. With this framework, I can get to work and quickly find the best solution. Within my network and, if necessary, outside it.
Before I became a partner at Herman Rutgers Interim Search in 2015, I was involved in a successful start-up company. This company connects the top of the Dutch business world with young entrepreneurs. Prior to that, I worked for years in recruitment and selection as a manager, entrepreneur and consultant. Connecting people and organisations at the right time is my passion!
In my spare time, I enjoy the good things in life with my husband and 2 sons. Whenever possible, I can be found in nature: exercising, with my dog or on horseback.
