I have over 12 years’experience in interim recruitment and enjoy my work every day. On the one hand, understanding our clients’ stories and on the other hand listening to our candidates’ backgrounds and building a relationship with both. And what is really great about it is not only the matching of the candidate with the right profile, but also the matching of the candidate with the assignment and the organization in terms of personality. That is always my goal.
After studying Hotel & Hospitality Management and taking a gap year to study Italian language and culture, I did a Masters in Policy, Communication and Organisation at the VU University. After that, I started as an account manager in the entertainment world, where I accidentally got involved in the placement of interim professionals for exciting assignments. It turned out to be a good fit for me.
Over the past few years I have had the opportunity to make many great interim placements for marketing and communications professionals in the public sector at SchaalX and for finance professionals at LIME.
At Herman Rutgers I am returning to my interest in corporate communications and placing interim communications professionals. The professionalism, the seniority, the personal touch with candidates and clients and the mutual bon with my colleagues make me feel at home here.
