Today, Sept. 15, 2022, marks the launch of the first alliance of international corporate affairs executive search firms. The Corporate Affairs Search Alliance (CASA) brings together 6 industry leaders in corporate affairs executive search in “The Home of Corporate Affairs.”
CASA offers organizations the opportunity to access the best global Corporate Affairs professionals. Each CASA member is an independent executive-level firm specializing in Corporate Affairs (including Communications, Public Affairs, Investor Relations, Marketing and ESG). Founders include Addison (Ireland), Exeter Search (France), Herman Rutgers (Netherlands), Ithaca Partners (UK), Patino Associates (US) and PRCC (Germany).
Alex Gordon Shute of Ithaca Partners (UK) said, “The beauty of CASA is that each of these independent agencies has joined based on our shared values, vision for the profession and high professional standards. What binds us is our unwavering commitment to developing excellence in Corporate Affairs leadership and seeking the best talent globally on behalf of our clients.”
CASA members share a common mission that goes beyond executive search to “Making Corporate Affairs Better.” In addition to the executive search work that CASA unites, member agencies offer consulting, coaching and sometimes training opportunities. Our agencies can assist a wide range of organizations, from publicly traded multinationals, family-owned companies and NGOs to scale-up companies at the beginning of their Corporate Affairs journey. Together, CASA members strive to ensure that the Corporate Affairs function meets the complex and increasing demands of today’s world.
CASA also offers the opportunity for candidates to tap into the network for Corporate Affairs positions abroad. CASA’s vision is that member agencies should be the “home of Corporate Affairs” in every market, so that individual senior Corporate Affairs professionals know they have a knowledgeable, sincere and guiding partner in their careers, no matter what sector or organization they are currently working for.
“Since the number of international headquarters in the Netherlands has grown, the need for an international perspective on Corporate Affairs has become crucial for multinationals. With CASA we can share knowledge and insights on markets, sectors and trends. We offer both clients and professionals an international perspective on Corporate Affairs,” said Petra Herman of Herman Rutgers Executive Search.
